What We Did On Our Summer Vacation

Our favorite vacation was last summer. Packing was easy. We just filled the suitcase with treats. You’d be amazed at how many we were actually able to stuff into that suitcase. Fern, though, had to sit on the top so we could close it. The suitcase was a bit heavy, but we figured treats were worth the effort.

Both of us took turns pushing it across the room then we pushed it down the stairs. It was really noisy and our human thought the roof was falling in, but these kitties don’t lug. Once it was downstairs, we took turns pushing it into the den. We figure you’re wondering if we mistyped it, but yes, we pushed it to the den.

You see, the den is our favorite room. It has a window for each of us, a couch with a comfy afghan and a chair with the perfect back for perching. It was where we spent our summer vacation.
