Everything Yellow

The gold finches are back. We can see their bright yellow feathers when they dine at the feeders off the deck. Butter is yellow. We like to lick it from the dish though sometimes we get caught. Daffodils are yellow, and they are the first flowers we can see in the garden. The yellow forsythias are usually next. The paint in the bedroom where we sleep is yellow. It’s called sunshine. The light coming through the doors looks yellow, especially on the dark rugs. The front of our Meow Mix package is yellow, and that is our favorite yellow of all.
